The Role

As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first touchpoint for new clients—sparking conversations, identifying opportunities, and creating the foundation for long-term relationships. Working closely with our sales and account management teams, you’ll generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and fuel a healthy sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and social platforms
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for senior sales colleagues
  • Keep accurate records within the CRM system
  • Develop a strong understanding of our solutions to confidently discuss them with prospects
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure smooth handovers from prospecting to closing

About You

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or lead generation
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and driven by results
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and sales tools
