Aztrum is delighted to be connecting with a well-established architectural practice based in Coventry. My client is looking to appoint an inventive Job Running Architect who will add significant professional experience and understanding to the practice.

Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architect role:

• Lead and manage projects through RIBA Stages 4 and 5 
• Coordinate technical design and construction documentation 
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients throughout the build process 
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and quality standards 
• Contribute to project planning and delivery within deadlines and budgets 
• Collaborate with the wider team across all sites

Requirements for this Job Running Architect role:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in architectural practice 
• Proven ability to run jobs independently, particularly at technical stages 
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes 
• Excellent communication and coordination skills 
• Vectorworks experience is desirable but not essential
