We are working with an established architectural practice who are looking to appoint an Architect to join their growing team.
The practice specialises in high-end residential projects, including bespoke new-build homes, refurbishments, extensions and multi-unit developments.
The role of an Architect:
- Running residential projects from concept through to completion.
- Developing creative design proposals and architectural solutions.
- Producing planning, technical and construction drawings using Vectorworks.
- Preparing Planning and Building Regulations applications.
- Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Attending client meetings and site visits.
- Developing technical details and specifications.
- Supporting junior members of the team where required.
About You:
- Qualified Architect with Part 3.
- 2–3+ years' UK architectural experience.
- Strong residential experience, ideally within the high-end/bespoke sector.
- Proficient in Vectorworks and SketchUp.
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of UK construction.
- Experience with Planning and Building Regulations.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
