  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations Parts B, L, M and P, and BS 7671 including recent amendments
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP, with familiarity with project management tools
  • Working knowledge of CIBSE guides, BREEAM methodology and relevant British Standards
  • Experience with Building Control applications, certification and liaison with DNOs
  • Understanding of CDM Regulations as they apply to electrical design
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with the IET, or working towards it (desirable)
  • Knowledge of LED lighting, smart building systems, EV charging infrastructure and renewable energy integration (advantageous)

What’s on Offer

  • Salary of £50,000 – £65,000, depending on experience
  • Hybrid working
  • Choice of Cambridge or Kent
  • Varied projects across multiple sectors
  • Support towards professional registration and Chartership
  • Exposure to emerging technologies and sustainable design
