We are working exclusively with a national, industry-leading engineering consultancy to recruit a Structural Engineer for their well-established and growing Bristol office.
This consultancy is recognised across the UK for delivering high-quality, innovative structural solutions on complex and prestigious projects. As a Structural Engineer, you will be involved in the design and delivery of a wide range of projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. You will work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, with exposure to technically challenging schemes and support toward professional development.
Structural design using steel, concrete, timber, and masonry
Preparation of calculations, reports, and technical drawings
Working collaboratively with senior engineers and technicians
Liaising with clients, architects, and contractors
Supporting delivery of projects from concept through to construction
Ensuring designs comply with relevant codes and standards
Degree qualified in Structural or Civil Engineering
3+ years’ experience in a UK consultancy environment (flexible depending on level)
Working towards or already ICE or IStructE chartership
Sound technical knowledge and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
