The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Support Executive to join this fast-growing, technology-focused organisation’s UK team.

This is a key role supporting Account Managers, technical teams, and partners to ensure the sales process runs smoothly from initial proposal through to delivery. If you’re detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to develop your career within the tech sector, this is an excellent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and process customer orders
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, partners, and clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
• Support client meetings and presentations
• Prepare sales reports and supporting documentation

About You

You’re reliable, well-organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy being at the centre of operations and take pride in keeping everything running efficiently.

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Sales Operations (telecoms, IT, or UC experience desirable)
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
