Aztrum is pleased to be working alongside a well-established architectural practice based in Leicester, known for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Due to continued growth, the practice is seeking a talented and technically strong Architect with excellent Revit proficiency to join their expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architect to lead projects across all RIBA stages, working closely with clients and consultants while contributing to the delivery of technically robust and well-coordinated schemes.

Key responsibilities for the Architect:

• Lead projects across RIBA Stages 0–6 from concept through to completion.
• Manage client relationships and act as a key project contact.
• Produce and coordinate technical drawing packages using Revit.
• Support planning submissions and detailed design development.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants and wider project teams.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members and improving internal workflows.

Key requirements for the Architect:

• ARB registered Architect (RIBA Chartered desirable).
• Strong experience across all RIBA work stages.
• High proficiency in Revit (essential).
• Proven experience within UK practice on residential and/or commercial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations.
• Experience managing projects and working directly with clients.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
