Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a growing architectural practice based in Oxford. Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to support a growing and diverse project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:

• Lead and support the delivery of projects across a range of sectors
• Prepare and manage planning application submissions
• Produce and coordinate high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and design information
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
• Take ownership of technical detailing and construction documentation
• Work closely with senior team members and clients to maintain quality, compliance, and programme

Key Requirements for this Architect role:

• ARB registered (or working towards)
• Proficiency in Revit essential
• Experience across Commercial, Education and Healthcare sectors desired
• Strong understanding of construction methods, UK building regulations, and technical delivery
• Experience preparing planning applications and leading projects through RIBA stages
