Project Architect

Aztrum is pleased to be working with an AJ100 practice, that have exciting accelerating growth plans in 2025. My client specialise in a number of different sectors, but are looking for an experienced Architect with High -End Residential experience. 

Key Responsibilities for this Project Architect role: 

• Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client needs, aesthetic goals, and functional requirements.
• Oversee projects from initial brief through to completion, including site visits, managing timelines, and ensuring projects stay within budget.
• Work closely with internal teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.
• Present design concepts, provide updates, and address feedback from clients to ensure their vision is fully realized.
• Advanced design tools and software (Revit) to create detailed 3D models and architectural drawings.
• Incorporate sustainable building practices into designs, ensuring environmentally responsible solutions in all projects.

Qualifications for this Project Architect role: 

• Experience within the High End Residential Sector. 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensed Architect (or working toward licensure).
• 3+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
