We are working with a well-established architectural practice in Essex that is looking to appoint a talented Architectural Technician to join their Residential team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a collaborative and supportive environment, working across a range of residential projects while developing strong technical expertise and progressing within the practice.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:
• Assist in the preparation and submission of planning and building regulation applications
• Coordinate with consultants and support the resolution of technical and construction issues
• Ensure drawings and documentation meet current UK building regulations and standards
 • Contribute to projects across multiple RIBA stages, with a focus on residential delivery

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:

• Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
• Experience working within a UK architectural practice
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with Revit desirable
• Strong technical detailing knowledge and understanding of UK building regulations
• Confident working across multiple RIBA stages
