Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for construction or engineering? We’re looking for a personable and proactive Graduate / Junior Estimator to join our Sales & Estimating team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle—from initial enquiry to project handover—while building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating with the sales team to assess incoming enquiries and define the best approach
• Attending site visits with sales to scope out project requirements
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and source specialist items
• Preparing and updating quotations, including upselling where appropriate
• Following up on issued quotes and helping to build client relationships
• Supporting value engineering efforts post-sale to improve project margins
• Assisting with project handovers, valuations, and purchase order processes
• Attending weekly sales meetings and liaising with accounts on costing queries
