TPL is supporting a recognised independent property consultancy in identifying a Surveyor to join the established Receivership team in the London office.

As the Surveyor, you will be undertaking a broad role overseeing commercial and residential properties & developments. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake inspections and valuations

• Prepare strategy reports for lender clients

• Develop and implement asset management initiatives 

• Liaise with borrowers, lenders, and other property professionals

• Produce marketing materials and contribute to business development

• Drive the sale process from instruction to completion

• Build strong internal and external relationships across the industry

To be considered you WILL:

• Preferably be MRICS qualified 

• Have strong written and verbal communication skills

• Be able to demonstrate commercial awareness and sound judgment

• Capable of working independently and managing time effectively

• Hold a full driving licence
