Our client is a leading European provider of commercial real estate solutions, recognized for their full-service approach that combines property ownership, development, investment, and management.
They are currently seeking a proactive and detail-focused Junior Property Manager to become part of their dynamic team. This position offers a great entry point into the field of property management, by supporting senior property managers with the daily oversight of assets, contributing to smooth operations and maintaining excellent service standards for tenants.

Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring adherence to company standards
- Provide support in managing tenant relations by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns
- Help maintain accurate lease documentation and up-to-date tenant records
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution of property-related issues
- Assist in the development and monitoring of property budgets, as well as the preparation of financial reports
- Take part in property inspections and help ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Work alongside senior property managers on tenant engagement strategies and market research initiatives
- Handle various administrative duties that support overall property management operations
Core Skills/experience:
- A university degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related technical field
- Previous exposure to Property Management or to the Real Estate industry
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with tenants and key stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Highly attentive to detail and adept at managing multiple tasks with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate professionally in both written and spoken form
- Competent in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
