Senior Architect – Oxford

Aztrum is delighted to be collaborating with a well-established, forward-thinking architectural practice whilst they search for a Senior Architect to join their specialist team in Oxford, in Conservation projects. 

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architect role: 

• Lead the design and delivery of supported living and care accommodation projects across the UK
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project objectives and regulatory compliance
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional design quality
• Provide leadership and mentorship to architectural staff, contributing to professional development within the practice
• Ensure adherence to planning, building regulations, and sector-specific standards

Requirements for this Senior Architect role: 

• ARB registered with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience
• Demonstrable experience in the Conservation sector
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and inclusive design principles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
