They are expanding their team and are looking for Production Operatives to work on a full time basis.

Key skills and Competencies:

• Ensuring all health & safety policies & procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Production of bead products operating all necessary equipment.
• Communication with all production team members.
• Optimise the department’s efficiency performance to achieve shift production targets.
• Improve and maintain housekeeping standards throughout the area.
• Manufacturing / production experience preferred but not essential.
• 12 hour Dayshift and 13 hour nightshift are two common shift patterns.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities.

• Good communication skills.
• Self motivation to achieve department & company targets.
• A positive will to succeed.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Able to perform and adapt in various tasks within a busy production environment.
