Job Title: Architectural Technician
Location: Belfast
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 

An award-winning architectural practice based in Belfast is seeking a motivated and skilled Architectural Technician to join their growing team. The role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of exciting projects within the Residential, Leisure & Retail, Healthcare, Commercial, and Residential Care sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate projects through all stages, with a focus on education schemes.
• Prepare detailed working and tender drawings to a high technical standard.
• Manage and submit planning and building control applications.
• Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure compliance with regulations and design intent.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working in a UK-based architectural practice.
• Demonstrated experience within the education sector is preferred.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction standards.
• Strong technical detailing and design skills.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Confident in managing projects and contributing to job running.
