The Role

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll engage senior decision-makers, uncover challenges, and show how technology can transform their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage new clients via calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, passing qualified opportunities to the wider team
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Deepen your knowledge of solutions to deliver tailored, value-driven conversations
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth client journey from first contact to deal closure

About You

• Experienced in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
• Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
• A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable using CRMs and modern sales tools
• Excited to grow within a supportive, high-performing sales environment
