Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a growing architectural practice based in Oxford. Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to support a growing and diverse project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:

• Support the technical delivery of projects across a range of sectors
• Assist in the preparation of detailed planning application submissions
• Produce high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and visuals to clearly convey design intent
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery
• Contribute to technical detailing and construction documentation
• Work closely with senior team members to maintain quality and compliance

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:

• Proficiency in Revit essential
• Experience across Commercial, Education and Healthcare sectors desired
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and technical detailing
• Experience preparing planning applications and technical documentation
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment
• Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
