We are currently recruiting a Telesales Executive (inbound) for a family owned luxury furniture retailer based at their Head Offices in central Birmingham. The retailer has a stable and secure history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of growth. You would be joining an existing team and assisting customers with any queries whilst processing sales over the phone. 

The Role

  • Engage with customers to find out all requirements and recommend relevant products to make a sale
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
  • Ensure stock is managed effectively 
  • Demonstrate and maintain exceptional customer service at all times 
  • Work closely with colleagues from all areas of the business 

The ideal Telesales Executive (Hotline/Telesales) 

  • Must have experience in furniture sales
  • Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport
  • Be confident and highly motivated
  • Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.

Basic c£19k plus initial guarantees and individual commission first year uncapped OTE £28-£32k
