The Role: Business Development Manager – IT Sector

This is a consultative, new business-focused sales role where you’ll engage senior decision-makers, uncover operational challenges, and position tailored IT solutions that deliver measurable business value.

You’ll play a key role in generating opportunities, building pipeline, and developing long-term client relationships — all within a supportive environment that rewards performance and progression.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development Manager – IT Sector

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound activity (calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy, active sales pipeline
  • Qualify leads and support broader business development initiatives
  • Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client challenges and recommend tailored IT solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from initial engagement through to deal closure
