Hours: 37.5 hours per week, rotating 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm Mon - Fri 

The Opportunity:

Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader or Section Manager? Our client is looking for a hardworking individual who thrives to over-achieve their daily challenges and has a positive ‘can do attitude’.

As an Inbound Team Leader, you will be tasked with the day-to-day running of a department and making sure that all the duties are completed within a set or agreed timescale.

What you’ll do:

• Day-to-day supervision and management of staff, coordinating all activities
• Plan labour versus activity on a daily basis; and liaise with the section manager where necessary
• Plan workload and issue instructions to the staff
• Monitor, evaluate, and re-assess progress in order to achieve daily targets
• Motivate employees to achieve targets
• Handle day-to-day queries and escalate if required 
• Maintain an excellent standard of housekeeping within the dept
• Update manager on daily progress or challenges within the dept

What you’ll need:

• Ability to carry out duties accurately 
• Able to motivate and lead staff members 
• Competent WMS and PC Skills
• Common sense approach with an eye for detail
• Understanding of basic health & safety requirements
