In this pivotal role, you'll have full profit and loss responsibility, driving the growth and success of their platform in the competitive online finance market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Profit & Loss Management: Lead the financial performance of a new platform, driving revenue generation and cost management strategies.
• Team Leadership: Manage and support a dedicated team, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve platform goals.
• Platform Development: Continuously enhance the platform's offering to meet the evolving needs of finance professionals.
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue growth opportunities, staying ahead of industry trends.
• Customer Engagement: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective oversight of the learner journey.
• Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with other departments, providing insights and recommendations for platform growth.
• B2C Channel Marketing: Take ownership of website design, content strategy, and sales campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Product Marketing, preferably in Finance / FinTech.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and SEO strategies.
• Familiarity with the finance industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
