£35,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously sold managed IT services, UCaaS, connectivity, or cloud solutions and is looking to join a forward-thinking organisation that helps businesses modernise their communication and collaboration infrastructure.
The Role: Salesperson – MSP Background
As salesperson, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding existing client relationships while also developing new business opportunities.
You’ll take a consultative approach, working closely with mid-market and enterprise customers to understand their technology challenges and recommend tailored communication and collaboration solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Salesperson – MSP Background
- Grow revenue by expanding existing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities
- Sell UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions into mid-market and enterprise organisations
- Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners across the UK
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing and account growth
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently work towards revenue targets
About You: Salesperson – MSP Background
This role would suit someone who has experience working within or alongside an MSP or managed services environment.
You’ll likely have: Salesperson – MSP Background
- Experience selling managed IT services, UCaaS, connectivity, or cloud solutions
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- A consultative sales approach and the ability to build trusted client relationships
- The confidence to manage your own pipeline and work autonomously
- Ideally based within commuting distance of London, with flexibility to attend meetings when required
The Package: Salesperson – MSP Background
- Basic salary up to £35,000
- Uncapped OTE of £70,000+
- Hybrid working – predominantly remote with occasional London meetings
