Contracts Manager – Roofing (Flat & Pitched)
AMB Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a long‑established specialist roofing contractor who are looking to bring a Contracts Manager into their team.

The Role

You’ll be overseeing roofing projects (both flat and pitched) from start to finish, ensuring jobs are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple live roofing projects (flat & pitched)
• Overseeing site teams and subcontractors
• Planning labour, materials and programme
• Attending regular client and site meetings
• Ensuring all H&S procedures are followed
• Managing budgets, variations and project documentation

What They’re Looking For

• Experience across flat and pitched roofing (felt, liquid, single-ply, tiles/slates etc.)
• Strong site and client management skills
• Organised, reliable and confident running multiple projects
• Background as a Contracts, Site or Project Manager within roofing
• Full UK driving licence

What’s On Offer

• £45,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
