Aztrum are proud to be working with a well-established architectural practice who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Architect to join their growing Bristol team.

The successful candidate will have strong experience delivering large-scale residential projects and will play a key role in the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architect looking to take on greater responsibility within an established and growing practice.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architect role:

• Lead and deliver large-scale residential projects across multiple RIBA stages
• Take ownership of projects from concept through to completion
• Develop high-quality design and technical drawing packages using Revit
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders
• Provide guidance and support to junior members of the architectural team
• Assist with project planning, coordination and delivery
• Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget and required quality standards
• Contribute to the continued development and success of the Bristol studio

Key Requirements for this Senior Architect role:

• Qualified Architect with strong post-qualification experience
• Proven experience delivering large-scale residential projects
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Strong technical and design knowledge
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
• Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate project teams
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Ambitious, proactive and commercially aware approach
