Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort is seeking to recruit a Cook B Cold Kitchen. 

Responsibilities:

• Produces food of high quality according to the standard recipes.
• Assists in maintaining a high standard of food production.
• Prepares in advance food, material and equipment needed for the service.
• Is able to work in all jobs in the kitchen and know all the recipes of the menu.
• Has sufficient knowledge on food sanitation.
• Observes and tests foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting and smelling.
• Knows all cooking techniques and can use them accordingly.
• Knows all cooking utensils being used in a kitchen operation.
• Operates large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep fryers, ovens, etc.
• Knows how to operate all the main kitchen equipment.
• Weighs, measures, and mixes ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment. 
• Keeps his/her working area always clean and tidy.
• Helps on the other sections of the kitchen in case his/her section is not busy.

Qualifications: 

• At least 2 years of work experience at the same or similar position.
• Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
• A keen eye on details for accuracy.
• Good time management skills.
