The Role

We’re seeking a driven, relationship-focused Key Account Manager to strengthen client partnerships and fuel long-term business growth.

You’ll act as a trusted technology advisor, identifying opportunities, delivering tailored IT solutions, and supporting clients in shaping their IT strategies — all while working alongside a collaborative and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture lasting client relationships.
• Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts.
• Provide consultative advice on IT strategy and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional delivery.
• Drive client success through innovative technologies.

About You

• Experience in account management or business development (IT/MSP preferred).
• A consultative approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, client-focused, and growth-driven.
