The Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the driving force behind new business growth. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will:

• Generate and qualify new leads.
• Build rapport with key decision-makers.
• Provide the wider sales team with high-quality opportunities.
• This role is perfect for a results-driven communicator who thrives on turning first conversations into lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, arranging discovery calls for senior sales staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Build strong knowledge of the company’s services to confidently present solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth handovers and an excellent customer journey.
